The Hearties Family Reunion is a weekend immersion into the world of Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart.” We welcome fans of the series, known as “Hearties,” to beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The reunion offers an amazing behind-the-scenes opportunity for fans to hear from the cast, visit the set of Hope Valley, and interact with other Hearties from around the country and globe. It's a one-of-a-kind fan experience!

September 24, 2025: A post-event survey link was sent via Eventbrite! Hearties feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our event year after year and we’d love to hear from you. May 16, 2025: 🎉 HFR is SOLD OUT! 🎉 Thank you, #Hearties, for the huge response to our Opportunity Drawing for this year’s Hearties Family Reunion. After all these years, we LOVE to see you as excited as ever about When Calls the Heart.

We look forward to seeing those of you who registered this September in Vancouver as you “come home to Hope Valley” with us. If this wasn’t the year for you, be sure to show up in support of season thirteen of When Calls the Heart so we get many more seasons and the chance for more Heartie events in the future! We will also have plenty of social media coverage from #HFR2025 so stay tuned for more information as we approach our event date. We can’t wait to see you in person or virtually THIS SEPTEMBER for the festivities!

May 5, 2025: The first batch of Eventbrite email invites has been sent! Check your inbox (and don’t forget those spam and junk folders just in case) for an email from Eventbrite. If you were drawn, you have 48 hours to claim your spot. If you weren’t drawn this round, stay tuned because if all the spots are not claimed, we will complete additional rounds of drawing until all spots are claimed. That means keep checking your email for your chance until we post a “sold out” notification!

May 4, 2025: The Opportunity Drawing is now CLOSED. The random drawing process will now begin and we will post on all social media platforms when the first batch of Eventbrite emails are sent! Stay tuned.

April 28, 2025: The Opportunity Drawing for the chance to purchase a ticket for this year’s Hearties Family Reunion is NOW OPEN! You have between now and Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. EST to enter the drawing. This is your first step to attend this year’s special event!

April 16, 2025: Welcome to the official relaunch of HeartiesFamilyReunion.com! If this is your first time visiting our site, welcome! Take a few moments and look around for all kinds of information regarding this year’s special event.

The Opportunity Drawing is back! It is the first step to enter for a chance to register and attend the Hearties Family Reunion. You’ll find everything you need to know about this process under the “Register" tab.
