The Hearties Family Reunion is an event for fans of Hallmark Channel's “When Calls the Heart" (known as the “Hearties"). The event is held in the beautiful Greater Vancouver area in British Columbia, Canada. Our event offers an amazing behind-the-scenes opportunity for fans to hear from the cast, visit the set of Hope Valley, and interact with other Hearties from around the country & globe.
It's a one-of-a-kind fan experience!

September 13, 2023: We have two delicious food trucks for our set visit on Sunday, and at HFR Check-in, you will be making a selection regarding which one you would prefer. If you’re a planner and want to check out the offerings ahead of time, find them over on the Sunday Set Visit page! It’s really a win-win because both are delicious.
September 5, 2023: Check your email! We just sent off information to all attendees that includes the Production Release Form that you need at HFR Check-in, as well as some parking information for the host hotel. As we head to the final weeks before the event, check out the FAQ page for those last minute questions, as well as the HFR Check-In page to remind you what’s needed when you check-in on site.
August 20, 2023: Due to a slight change in bus schedules for Sunday’s set tour, the last bus will arrive back to the host hotel at 3:30 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. as originally stated. IF you have a flight that leaves Vancouver Sunday evening, 9/24/2023 BEFORE 7:00 p.m. PT, we need to hear from you. Please email us at HeartiesEvents@gmail.com so we can be sure you are in the first group of buses that go to Hope Valley. Please send an email as soon as possible, but no later than August 22, 2023. Be sure to include the names of everyone in your party who has flights to catch before 7:00 p.m.. If your flight times are any other time, no need to contact us. We will get you to Hope Valley as planned!
August 17, 2023: We are now accepting questions for the cast and production panels! Questions may be submitted from all Hearties including those who will be attending, and Hearties worldwide who will not be joining us in person this year. Proceed to the Q&A page to submit yours by August 25, 2023. We might just read yours at this special event!

July 27, 2023: 🚨🚨🚨If you are registered for this year’s event, please check your email for an extremely important announcement about this year’s event! 🚨🚨🚨 There are two emails that have been sent from Eventbrite.
June 22, 2023: We’re finalizing bus transportation for the set visit on Sunday and if accessibility on set will be a concern, this is your last call to email HeartiesEvents@gmail.com to let us know. We want to make the experience amazing for you, but need to make these arrangements in advance. We look forward to hearing from you!
May 31, 2023: We’re excited to announce the addition of a new event added for this year’s Hearties Family Reunion weekend, “Night at the Hearties’ Cinema!” This has been added to our schedule and will take place Saturday night from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Get the details on the new Hearties’ Cinema page!
May 16, 2023: The next #Hearties Family Reunion, #HFR2023 is now SOLD OUT! Thanks to all the Hearties who entered the Opportunity Drawing! Congratulations to the Hearties who were randomly selected to purchase their ticket to this event! We can’t wait to see you in Hope Valley!
For those who didn’t get drawn this time around, we wish we had room for everyone! Keep those fingers crossed for more seasons of When Calls the Heart and the opportunity for more events in the future. Be sure to watch and support Seasons Ten and Eleven, so Hallmark Channel knows that we’ll take as much WCTH as we can get.

May 12, 2023 We aren’t quite full, but getting close! Another batch of emails was sent tonight, so if you entered the Opportunity Drawing, check your email for a message from Eventbrite.
May 10, 2023: Another group of emails were sent from Eventbrite. Check your email and remember you have 48 hours to claim your spot!
May 8, 2023: The Opportunity Drawing submission period has closed and the first batch of emails have been sent from Eventbrite to those of you whose forms were drawn! Check your email and if you received a lucky email you have only 48 HOURS to register! If you did not get an email yet, keep checking your email because if Hearties do not claim their spot, we will keep drawing forms until all of the spots have been filled.
May 1, 2023: The Opportunity Drawing submission period is OPEN! Hearties have between now and Monday, May 8, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to enter for the opportunity to register for this year’s event. Find the information you need on the Register page and the form to enter on the Opportunity Drawing page.
April 18, 2023: Welcome to the official relaunch of HeartiesFamilyReunion.com! If this is your first time visiting our site, welcome! Take a few moments and look around for all kinds of information regarding this year’s special event. The Opportunity Drawing is back and it is the first step to enter for a chance to register and attend the Hearties Family Reunion. You’ll find everything you need to know about the drawing process under the “Register" tab.
